Description
That Lowne will convey to Holden a messuage and 2 yard land in Aston for which Holden has paid £1 1s. and will pay £220 and, at time of conveyance, Holden will lease the premises to Lowne for life, and if Mary, wife of Robert Lowne outlives him, Holden will pay her £7 annually for life; Lown is to pay expenses of clearing the title if any dispute arises
