Title
Lease and release to make tenant to the precipe and to lead the users of a recovery made between 1. Robert Bryan heretofore of Weston and now of the City of London yeoman, Robert Hoe of Nether Broughton, Leicestershire, weaver, and Elizabeth his wife, the only child of Robert Bryan and his first wife Mary deceased, 2. John Wakelin of Inner Temple, London, gentleman, 3. Foot Gregg of the 6 Clerks Office, Chancery Lane, London, gentleman and 4. Robert Holden of Aston esquire

Description
Reciting that Bryan settled the Upper part of the Gostey Close otherwise the New Close in Weston containing 7 acres on his marriage and that the only issue of the marriage was Elizabeth wife of Robert Hoe, that Hoe has purchased Bryan's estate in the premises and he and his wife, with Bryan's consent, have agreed to sell the premises to Holden, and witnessing that for 20s. paid by Hoe to Bryan and for 10s. paid to Bryan and Hoe by Wakelin, Hoe and Bryan conveyed the premises, in the occupation of George Bark, to Wakelin that Gregg may prosecute a writ of entry against Wakelin, who will suffer a recovery, with Bryan and Robert and Elizabeth Hoe as vouchees, and that the recovery will enure to the use of Robert Hoe until Holden shall pay Hoe £160 for the purchase of the premises and then to the use of Holden for ever.
