Description | Atkins will convey to Holden, a messuage and 8 oxgangs of land with meadow and pasture at Long Eaton in the possession of Robert Storer, free of incumbrances except for chief rents of 14s 5½d and 18s due respectively to Charles Stanhope esquire and Robert Holden, and a cottage and orchard late in the possession of Christopher Wright; Holden to take possession at Michaelmas and Atkins to pay interest on the £50 until conveyances are perfected. At foot, receipt for further sum of ? £100 15s 5d paid to Atkins |
