Reciting bargain and sale from Leche to Phillipps dated 1 October last (see above) and witnessing that Evelyn is to prosecute a writ of entry against Phillipps for the lands recited and that Phillipps will suffer a recovery, which is to enure to the use of Leche and his heirs
