Description
The writer encloses one part of the Articles and the two Surrenders executed by everybody but Mrs ? Do L. who is very ill; you will send over to Mr Smith at Nibley, Glos., you will consult Burton and send him or your clerk with it; when that returns you will likewise get Mr Mundy to execute the other; then apply to Mr Higgs, read the new lease over to him ready engrossed with the name of your trustee, and hope you will be able to bring the new lease executed up with you in the term. Mr Burton has the 2 leases
