Reciting inter alia deeds of 12 August 1710, 14 October 12 Anne [1713], 20 April 1715, 21 April 9 Anne [1710], 20 and 21 April 9 Anne [1710], 20 April and 19 and 20 April 1715, 10 August 1715 and 24 October 1730 (see above for details of recited deeds) and that Thomas Jackson was now owed £1,130 and £15 4s (total £1,145 4s) and witnessing that for £1,145 4s (the same sum as is mentioned in 2 deeds of even date) the remainder of the term of 99 years in the prebend of Sawley and other premises mentioned in the first recited indenture was assigned by Jackson to Holden
