Title
Surrender by Edward Mundy of Allestree esquire and Zachary Hamlyn of Lincolns Inn gentleman to William Higgs described as in lease of 25 Feb. 1730/1 above, so that he may make a new lease for the same 3 lives, reciting that Mundy and Hamlyn's names were used only in trust for Philip Leche esquire, Hester Whitelock, Charles Bave, wife Rose, and Dorothy Leche, all, except Bave, younger children of Sir William Leche deceased, and for Paul Jodrell of Lincolns Inn esquire and that Robert Holden, who has contracted to purchase the premises, wishes to renew the lease in his own, or trustee's, name.
