D779/T/3/10/57 Rental of one year's rent of estate at Sawley and Wilne etc. belonging to younger children of Sir Wm Leche as is now let 1732. Similar to earlier rentals above, but annual payments out of estate include additional small payments e.g. to the sacrist. With memoranda concerning payment of taxes, copyhold fines, responsibility for repair of Wilne, Sawley, Little Eaton, Breaston and Risley chancels, state of their repair, state of tithe barns at Sawley, Long Eaton, Breaston and Draycott, debts upon the estate, which glebe land is not arable
