Description
Reciting that Samuel Holden by lease and release confirmed to Edmund Lathwell, Hannah's grandfather, the Hall-haye, great Cowholme, little Cowholme, the Stenyard alieas Ossiers, 2 flatts of arable abutting upon the Coat Greene and lying between flatts of Joseph Wright, all in Wilne and Shardlow, 2 yardlands of arable in fields of Aston with hades and grass belonging in Samuel Holden's tenure, Gill Meadow, the Tenn roods, alsome Meadows, Birch-acre, Forkmeer Meadow, Binghams Meadow, the head land acre, 6 acres meadow ground as they lie in order to the head land acre in Aston Meadow, all in Aston, to hold to Lathwell for ever, provided that if Samuel should pay to Hannah £1,200 at the age of 21 or at marriage (or if she married before the age of 18 without Edmund's consent, or if he were dead, the consent of Hannah's grandmother Hannah Lathwell or if she were dead, the consent of John Perkins of Lichfield), the release should determine; reciting that Edmund Lathwell is now dead and all the premises have come to Hannah Holden as his sole heir; she is now 21 and unmarried.
