Quitclaim by 1. Edward Rooper of Eltham, Kent esquire, son and heir of Anthony Rooper esquire deceased, for valuable considerations and with the consent of 2. Sir Nicholas Wilmot knight and sergeant at law to 3. Samuel Houlden of Aston esquire and John Houlden of Wilne gentleman, of his (Rooper's) right in the manor or manors of Weston, Aston, Wilne and Shardlow (except the messuages, cottages, lands and hereditaments which were conveyed by Mary Rooper spinster to Nicholas Wilmot then of Grays Inn esquire, now Sir Nicholas, on 1 October 23 Charles I [1647]).
