Description
Reciting indenture dated 31 July 13 Charles II [1665] (see marriage settlement by assignment of term in trust above, D 779B/T 290) and that the marriage took place, that Mary is now dead, leaving Hannah her only daughter and heir apparent of Samuel, and that Percivale is dead, and witnessing that Lathwell, by Houlden's appointment, had assigned to Perkins one parcel of meadow round called the Hallhey in the occupation of John Townsend, 2 parcels of meadow ground called Great and Little Cowholme upon the occupation of Leonard Fosbrooke and Francis Calladine, the Stenyard or Osiers in Calladine's occupation, 2 flatts of arable abutting upon Coatgreene, all in Wilne and Shardlow, parish of Aston, 2 yardlands of arable in Aston fields of demesne with pastures, hedes and grass belonging, in Samuel Houlden's possession, Gill Meadow, meadow called the Tenn Roods, Alsome Meadow, Birch-Acre and Forkemer meadow, meadow called Binghams Acre and Headlands Acre, 6 acres meadow as they lie in order next to Headlands Acre in Aston Meadows, all in parish Aston, for residue of term of 40 years to wait upon the inheritance intended to be granted by Houlden to Lathwell and his heirs subject to a proviso expressed in the conveyance
