DescriptionBy which Dorset, Compton and Margaret Roper for £3,436 5s 4d paid by Robert Houlden conveyed at Robert Houlden's direction, to Henry Houlden, Richard Levis and Thomas Roe, the capital messuage called Weston Hall in Weston lately in the occupation of George Poulton esquire, closes of meadow or pasture called the Parke 50 acres, Poole yard 5 acres, Goresse alias Gorsty Close 6 acres, Hall orchard 4 acres, New alias Hallowe Close late inclosed out of the common of Weston 100 acres, Connygree Close, Kiddey Crofte Close, grounds called the Winholme meadowe, the Osiers and Steanard, Hallowe Pike, Oxendoles and Mistris Eyres Hallowe, Cotte Close 1 acre, close called Caldwell Hill 50 acres, first moth or crop of 3 parcels of meadow in the common meadow of Weston containing 20 acres, parcel of meadow in Aston meadowe called Lackeholme alias Lockeholme 20 acres, parcels of meadow called Little Cowholme and great Cowholme, Gill meadowe 4 acres, Allsomers meadowe 6 acres, 6 yard land of arable with mears, banks, hades and furrows in common fields of Weston and Aston, 3 little closes of pasture called the deane Leasowe, Middle Close and Ould Close, all containing 24 acres, parcels of meadow called Reddy pitt Close 3 acres, Forke meadow 2½a and Hall Greene 3 acres, all in Weston, Aston, Wilne, Shardlow, Morley, Kiddesley and Smalley, reputed to be the demesne lands of the manor of Weston and Aston or to belong to the site or capital messuage of the manor, messuage with 1½ yard land in Weston in the possession of Thomas Taberer, messuage in Weston with yard land in possession of Richard Whittington, messuage in Weston and 2 yard land in possession of William Smith, messuage in Aston and 1½ yard land in possession of Thomas Clementson, messuage in Aston and 1½ yard land in possession of Edward Hill, messuage in Aston and 1½
