DescriptionBy which, for £200 paid to him by 2., Colles covenanted to levy fine, to convey the premises (below) to Stich and Wymondsall, of the manors of Weston, Aston, Wilne, Shardlow, Morley, Smalley and Kiddesley, and the advowsons of Weston, Aston and Morley, to enure to the use of Stich and Wymondsall and their heirs for ever, unless Colles on 12 July should pay them £200, when it will become void; if default is made, then if Stich and Wymondsall pay Colles £100 for the absolute purchase of the premises, Stich and Wymondsall may hold the premises to their own use.
