Title
Convenant to suffer a recovery and deed to lead the uses of the recovery, made between, 1. Charles Pagett of Weston esquire, and 2. Robert Bell and William Whetley esquire, by which Pagett covenanted to suffer Bell and Whetley to recover against him, before Pentecost, the manors of Aston, Weston, Wilne, Shardlow, Morley and Smalley, Morley Park, lands etc, in above-named places and in Kiddesley, and the advowsons of Weston, Aston and Morley, of which he is seised to the use of himself and the lawful heirs male of his body with divers remainders, and he will vouch the common vouchee, and the recovery will be to the use of Pagett and his heirs and assigns for ever.
