Description
Reciting deed of 1 February last, and witnessing that the sum of £307 8s was paid to Whitaker and Price by Robert Holden, who solely contracted for the purchase of the rent for himself and his heirs and took the conveyance in the names of 1. whose estate is only in trust for Robert Holden and his heirs, and the trustees covenant to make reasonable assurance of the premises to Robert Holden upon request, and constitute him their lawful attorney to collect the rents, but to his own use.
