Covenant to stand seised by Robert Houlden of Aston gentleman, who for his natural love towards his sons, Henry, Samuel and John Houlden, grants that not only he but all other persons now standing seised of the manor of Weston and its appurtenances shall stand seised to the use of himself Robert for life and then to the use of Henry, Samuel and John, their heirs and assigns for ever
