Description	That since he purchased the manor of Weston there have been many suits and trials between him and the defendant, and Holden has obtained above 20 verdicts against defendant concerning the manor, of which Hallow Close alias New Close now in question is parcel, one of which verdicts is for the whole close as appears by exemplifactions thereof
