Recited on the one hand that Anthony Roper had leased the premises for 40 years to Thomas and Henry Stych, who had assigned them to Holden and on the other that John Wrightson was seised of the premises and gave them to Anthony and Mary Roper and the heirs of Mary, that Mary, then Anthony died, and their daughter Mary had sold the premises to Nicholas Willimott esquire
