Description
In consideration of the marriage between Esther, daughter of Ruth and sister of Simon Perkins, and of £120 paid to Lowe as Esther's portion, by which Lowe undertook, if he predeceased his wife, to bequeath to her £500 or goods to that value, and if she predeceased Lowe, leaving children, to bequeath them £500 or goods to that value, in either case reserving £40 to his own disposition.
