Letter to "Madam" from her aunt Ruth Perkins thanking her for her kindness to writer and writer's daughter

Description
She cannot object to Mr Low. As for her [daughter's] portion, she cannot enlarge it without weakening her stock (mentioning a son) but when she does she will "make her one of my children", of which the writer has acqainted Mr Low. Asks that "my cousen Houlden" have writings made. He [Low] told the writer he would be leaving her [Esther Perkins - see F 47-48] all at his death only reserving £40 to bestow amongst friends if he has no children. Sends love to sister.
Note: Samuel Holden was a lawyer.
