Title
Undated copy of sacrament certificate, dated 4 May 1673, by which Edward Stillingfleet DD Rector and minister of St Andrews, Holborn, London, and George Fox churchwarden there certified that Samuel Holden of Grays Inn, county Middlesex, esquire received the Lord's Supper according to the rites of the Church of England, endorsed with copy of oath by steward and butler of Grays Inn that the certificate was delivered into the court of Grays Inn etc.
