Quitclaim by John Dalton of Derby draper in performance of an award made by William Allestrye of Derby esquire of certain differences depending between Dalton and Robert Houlden of Shardlow gentleman and others, dated 28 September last, to Robert Houlden of title and interest that Dalton may have in one messuage in Derby called the Friers and all lands etc belonging, which heretofore was the inheritance of Henry Wandell gent, deceased, and of all actions that were depending between Dalton and Houlden when they submitted themselves to Allestrye's award
