Description
Reciting that John by deed dated 20 January 1646/7, for the counter securing of Edward from all such money as he then stood bound to any person(s) for John's debt, leased to Edward the messuage in Wilne in which John lived, the lands blonging and all John's lands in Wilne, Aston and Shardlow, for 30 years, and that Edward has paid John's debt of £22 to Robert Parker of Derby baker, and witnessing that for £22 paid to Edward by Robert at John's direction, £50 paid to Joseph, John's younger brother, by Robert at John's direction for the discharge of John's debt to William Harpur esquire for which John and Joseph were bound, and for £68 paid by Robert to John, the latter assigned the premises to Robert, on condition that if John pays Robert £44 16s on 31 Dec next, £42 7s on 31 Dec 1652, £39 18s on 31 Dec 1653 and £37 9s on 31 Dec 1654, the premises will be assigned to John, who meanwhile will have all profits of the lands.
D779/F/6 is signed by John and Edward and D779/F/7 by Robert and Edward.
