Description
household goods and furniture, monies and securities for money, chattels and personal estate to daughters and youngest son (Sophia Elizabeth Rosamond Holden, Antonia Henrietta Clowes, Teresa Amelia Holden, Emma Maria Holden, James Richard Holden, Rosamond Adelia Holden and Isabel Clara Holden) to be paid them at age 21 or marriage whichever happens earlier and if daughters marry with consent of executors;
if Edward Anthony Holden, the elder son, should die before 21 and the settled estate descend to James Richard, then latter's share in the personal estate shall be divided amongst daughters;
if any daughter or if the younger son dies before 21 on marriage, their shares shall accrue to the survivors. Executors are to place out at interest the shares of the children and apply the interest to their maintenance until the shares become payable. Son in law William Legh Clowes esquire and nephew Francis Hurt esquire named guardians of all the children and of the person and estate of the elder son Edward Anthony, and executors of the will.
