Title	Counterpart lease by 1. Mary Shuttleworth of Aston widow and James Holden of Aston esquire to 2. Gervas Boot of Breaston, Wilne, yeoman, of barn in Breaston called the Tithe Barn with yard and buildings belonging, close adjoining on which the barn stands called The South Ryalls, containing 11 acres, tithes of corn, grain and hay and all other tithes from the barn and premises, for 21 years

Description	"in case" as in D779/E/9/1, at rent of £15 and £20 penalty for every acre ploughed without lessors' consent. Boot is to maintain premises. Memorandum that Boot should find one horse in a team in drawing coals to Aston contracted for in lease of Breaston tithes, see D779/E/9/1.
