Counterpart lease by 1. Mary Shuttleworth of Aston widow and James Holden of Aston esquire, to 2. John Whyman of Aston yeoman, of parcel of land called Long Croft Closes, purchased from William Rolleston, in Aston, containing 23 acres 27p in Whyman's tenure, with free use of a house, carriage or drift road over Top of the Hill Close, now in John Moreley's tenure, which is the direct road to the closes from Whyman's dwelling house, to hold for 14 years from 5 April 1774, at rent of £21 with additional rent payable as in D779/E/8/1
