Discusses Mrs Shuttleworth's possible purchase of the lease with Mr Soresby being the best agent to purchase as for himself, also discusses defect in the lease concerning ploughing. Strongest reason to buy the lease, the opportunity it would provide to put the banks of the river in good repair, mentioning damage to premises |
