Lease by 1. Mary Shuttleworth wife of James of Aston esquire and James Holden of Aston esquire to 2. John Chambers of Wilne yeoman of small piece of land containing l acre lying in closes of meadow or pasture ground called Cowholm and Holt or one of them within hamlet of Shardlow, parish Aston, and the sawmill or other mill with warehouse and other buildings lately erected at the sole cost of Chambers upon the small piece of ground, and liberty to use the road now set out and appointed from the turnpike road at Shardlow through the grounds of John Heath of Derby banker, to the piece of ground, sawmill etc, to hold from 5 April 1786 for 10 years, at rent of £2
