Includes a title page describing the estate as Aston Hall with kitchen garden, park, woodlands, Home Farm, stabling, garage, lodges, cottages, about 88 acres, hunting with 3 packs, manorial and fishing rights, 8 dairy and stock farms, 14 smallholdings, Alderslade House, 737 acres of accommodation meadow, pasture and arable, the greater part of the village of Aston including 64 cottages, village hall, post office, shops etc, the White Hart Inn, mining rights for gypsum, alabaster and plaster underlying 100 acres. The Lordship of the manor or reputed manors of Weston and Aston with fishing rights in Trent, Derwent and the Canal [Trent and Mersey] are also included in the sale.
Includes detailed description of Aston Hall with photographs of the interior, exterior and grounds, photographs of the farms, Glebe Mine, houses etc in Aston.
With signed memoranda acknowledging purchases.
