Copy of decision declaring the landowners' claim is proven in respect of the tithe award

Description
Recites that assistant tithe commissioner was appointed to hear and determine differences whereby the making of an award of rent charge instead of tithes in the township of Shardlow and Far or Great Wilne, parish Aston, is hindered, and that the landowners claimed all small tithe of certain lands containing 730 acres, within the township enclosed by Act of Parliament of 29 G II (which enclosed Aston and Shardlow Moor and several common fields in the manor of Weston cum Membris and the Prebend of Sawley) are extinguished by the Act, and that the Rector denied the claim.
