Brief in case in ejectment, James Peacable plaintiff and Humfrey Pott defendant

Description
The case is that John Vernon gentleman leased on 26 Nov. last, messuage, cottage, barn, stable, garden, 6 acres land in Stowe to the plaintiff who was ejected by the defendant.
Contains abstracts of deeds above and some later ones, says inter alia that H Potts died in 1723 (but this is crossed through).
Endorsed with minor costs eg for the jury.
