Martin Whadcocke of Fillongley gentleman for £365 of messuage in Fillongley in the tenure of "Vynes", messuage called Benfords alias Spon grounds or Spon Fields and toft in Fillongley, occupied by Vines, to be held of Sir Henry Nevell Lord Bergavenny and heirs by such rents and services as they were heretofore granted by Nevell to Thomas Holbech heretofore owner of the premises.
