Agreement between Ann Wainwright of Beeley, widow and Samuel Kay grandson of Leonard Roy, formerly husband of Ann Wainwright, by which it is agreed that Samuel Roy shall occupy all the messuages and tenements belonging to his grandfather in Manchester, in return for which Samuel Roy has released to Ann Wainwright all his interest and claim in his grandfather’s property at Ripon.
