Title
Uttoxeter, Staffs: Marriage settlement between John Smyth of Woodland Hall, Uttoxeter, Bachelor of Medicine and Eliza Stenton of Matlock spinster, whereby in consideration of their marriage, John Smyth agrees with Eliza Stenton that he shall be seised of a close lying in Ballance Hill, Uttoxeter, called Nangles Croft, 1a, upon several uses, namely to his own use for life, then after his death Eliza to receive an annuity of 10s arising from the rent of the close 10 Nov 1814.
