This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
No title [Netherseal Hall, 18c?]. Scale: of 150 ?yards [1:900]. Size: 55 x 93 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK288129 Notes: plan of gardens with house and church in plan: also shows Netherseal street and some freehold plots to the west of the hall. Location:DRO, D77/8/9
