Also a former rector of Netherseal did give to the poor £10. 40s was to go to Overseal, 40s to Donisthorpe and the rest to Netherseal, 1669;
2) John and Elizabeth Ramser gave to the poor of Netherseal 4 acres and 3 roods of arable land in the four common fields of Netherseal for the payment of 50s per annum forever, to be distributed on Good Friday, as recorded in the deed of 19 Jul 21 Ch 2 [1669];
3) Will of John Ramsor dated 4 Dec 1675, which gave to the poor of Netherseal rents and yearly profits of one piece of ground called Little Margerywall to be distributed amongst the poor of Netherseal forever; and
