Robert and Matilda hold it from Peter with all easements without pasture. Annual rent of 14 penceat two times in the year - at the feast of St. Michael the Archangel [29 Sept] 7d, and at the feast of the Blessed Mary the Virgin in March [25 Mar] 7d, for all secular service, exactions and customs except foreign service for the Lord King, services belonging to the Lord.
