Lease, for lives, from Peter son of Lord Geoffrey of Gresley to Simon Colet of Austrey, and wife Agnes of one acre of arable land lying in Norton Heath between the lands of William Smith of Autrey, and John Atte Grene of the same, and extends to the field of Austrey, that acre which Geoffrey Ernald held from the grantor

Simon and Agnes to hold the land for their whole lives as long as they live, without any dispute from common pasture rights of anyone. Annual rent of 12 pence at 2 times in the year, at the feast of the Blessed Mary in March [25 Mar] 6d; and at the feast of St. Michael 6d for all secular service. Gift of 6s and 8d.
