2) Bond by Bickley to John Newton of Lichfield distiller and Frances his wife in £200 [for £100 borrowed], 15 Oct 1715
3) Will of Eliz Wright of Coventry giving £700 to Eleanor Goldsmith
4) Assignment of mortgage in £400 by Wakefield, Woolley, and Newton to Thomas Bott and Mary Love at the appointment of Eleanor Goldsmith, 26 Mar 1716
5) Assignment in trust and to attend the inheritance to Edward Bradgate on purchase of property by Jonathan Backhouse, 15 Jun 1719
6) That the last recited indenture was executed only by Bickley and Eleanor Goldsmith and that the residue of the term was not in fact assigned by Bott and Mary Love
7) that the purchase money of £440 was paid
