Warwick) yeoman of an annuity of £10 issuing out a messuage and tenement in Baxterley, one close called the Hayes, and a parcel of land called Tyms, Lane adjoining the Hayes, one close called the Tyms, one close called the Hall Orchard, and 10 acres of land in the common fields of Baxerley; and out of one close in Hurley and Kingsbury called the Ginny field and out of the closes called the Springes in Baddesley Ensor, to hold for a term of 99 years if Elizabeth wife of Robert Mason of Baxterley gent. lives so long in full recompense of Elizabeth's claim to dower
