(99) Feoffment by bargain and sale by George Gresley and Jane his wife to William Percival of Northampton gardener of a messuage in the Sheep Market in Northampton, two cottages near the Marehould, and seven closes of pasture. Consideration £720, 28 Sep 1675
(100) Feoffment by George Gresley of Lullington gent. and Jane his wife to William Percival of a close (3 acres) without the north gate of Northampton; Jane to retain a life interest in the close. The rents and profitsof the close are to discharge annunities of 50s yearly to the poor of Northampton and 50s yearly to the poor of Thorpe Constantine (Co. Stafford). Recital of feoffment by Gresley to Percival of various lands in Northampton which had been devised to Jane (then Jane Nelson) by Samuel Wollaston and charged with payments as above; and of agreement between Gresley and Percival that the annuities should be charged on one particular parcel of land, 24 Jan 1675/6
