(76-77) Feoffment by bargain and sale by William Vaughan of Northampton gent and Joan his wife to Lawrence Woollaston of Northampton ironmonger of one close or orchard near Castle Hills. Consideration £28 15s. With bond, 28 Feb 1647/8
