(61) Feoffment by Thomas Randes of Northampton mercer on his marriage to Margaret Chamberlayne widow, relict of Edward Chamberlyne late of Overton (Co Northampton) deceased, to Richard Mumford of Kingsthorpe (Co Northampton) yeoman of a messuage newly built messuage adjoining the captial messuage, to hold to the use of Thomas for life, then to the use of Margaret for life with remainder to the heirs of their body and, in default, to the right heirs of Thomas, 2 Nov 1617
