Description	(61) Feoffment by Thomas Randes of Northampton mercer on his marriage to Margaret Chamberlayne widow, relict of Edward Chamberlyne late of Overton (Co Northampton) deceased, to Richard Mumford of Kingsthorpe (Co Northampton) yeoman of a messuage newly built messuage adjoining the captial messuage, to hold to the use of Thomas for life, then to the use of Margaret for life with remainder to the heirs of their body and, in default, to the right heirs of Thomas, 2 Nov 1617 (62) Copy quitclaim by Ann Randes, daughter of Thomas Randes of Northampton yeoman to Thomas her father of all right etc., 27 Jan 1617/8 (63-64 ) Feoffment by bargain and sale by Thomas Randes to Richard Woollaston of Northampton ironmonger of a close and several enclosed grounds in the north ward of Northampton in the parish of St Sepulchre adjoining the dwelling house of Randes called Knowles Farm or farmhouse.
