Description	Reciting grant of 15 Apr 1551 by Richard, Roger and Robert Taverner esquires to John Balgay of a rent of 5s issuing out of a messuage of the said Richard Woollaston, in the parish of St Sepulchre in Northampton, which rent was granted to the Taverners by Henry VIII, 14 Feb 1544/45; and reciting assignment by Balgay, 12 Jun 1568, to Arthur Samwell gent, Richard Wharloe, Andrew Bill, and William Bramfield in trust for Richard son of John Balgay and Johanna his wife, and the heirs of their bodies; and assignment by Nicholas son of Richard Balgay to Thomas Adkins, 1 Jun 1601.
