Consideration £43. With bond in £80, 13 Apr 1621 (45-46) Feoffment by John Smith of Ripon (Co. York) yeoman, son and heir of Anthony Smith late of Newington Blossomville (Co. Buckingham) deceased, to Richard Woollaston of Nottingham ironmonger of two tenements and one close (as D77/1/64/43). Consideration £36. With bond in £70, 1 May 1627 (47) Final concord made between Richard Woollaston plaintiff and John Smith and Faith Lucas deforciants of two messuages, two gardens, and one acre of pasture in Northampton.
