Description	(37) Lease for term of 9 years by John Freinde of Northampton, barber to Simon Randes of Northampton, gardener of all those pieces of enclosed ground in St Edmunds End near Northampton, lately purchased from Lawrence Woollaston, and three butts of arable adjoining, also purchased from Woollaston. Rent £5, 1 Mar 1654/5 (38-39) Bargain and sale with feoffment by John Freind of Northampton barber to Samuel Wollaston of Thorpe Constantine (Co Stafford) clerk of a piece of ground on which a messuage lately stood in St Edmunds End, and a toft or little close adjoining, and the site of another messuage on the west side of the toft, and one butt of arable on the south side of the said site, a little close to the west and another butt.
