Annual rent from Robert and Sibil to Thomas of 5 shillings at 2 times of the year - at the feast of St. Martin [10-11 Nov] a moiety, and at the feast of the nativity of St. John the Baptist another moiety [24 June] for all secular services. If Thomas or his heir wish to abandon the said land at the end of the term [of the lease] or in fee, Robert and Sibil shall have the said land with a toft and a croft for the true worth: If Robert and Sibil wish to abandon the said land inside the term [of the lease] Thomas shall have the said land for the true worth [heirs are included] Witnesses: Nicholas of Ingleby; William son of Elias of Oakthorpe; Thomas son of Elias of the same; John le Sauvage of the same; Richard of the Chapelhouse of Donisthorpe; others
