Description
Reciting demise by Thomas Malpas to Palin of one tenement in the Iron Market of Newcastle for term of 30 years from 25 Mar 1590; surrender in Newcastle Manor Court, 25 Jul 1589, by Malpas to Palin of five parcels of land called the Blackheaths in Wolstanton for term of 30 years from 25 Mar 1590; that the reversion of both properties has now come to John Bowyer of Sideway, whereby Palin on receipt of two several sums of 8d and £30 will yield up the leases to Bowyer
