Re-feoffment by Philip of Repton, Bishop of Lincoln, Thomas Langley, Chancellor of England, Thomas Maureward, knight, Robert of Waterton, Peter of Melbourne, Nicholas of Bradshaw, Robert of Twyford, John Foljambe, Richard of Burton and Richard Hilton, to Thomas Gresley, knight, of all the lands and tenements in Colton, co. Stafford, and elsewhere which the said Thomas had conveyed to them as his feoffees, with special instructions in the case the said Thomas die before he re-feoff the said lands to the above-named trustees, or in case his son shall not be of full age,at the said Thomas's death, or in case the latter's wife Margaret, being a widow, shall marry again
