Title
Gift by William son of Roger of Stretton and Anneis[Agnes] his wife, of good and devoted will, and many admonitions and petitions of Anneis, to the Church of St. Mary of Merevale, of one toft in Seale which Ralph Jr gave to Anneis his sister after the death of Ralph Sr their father

Description
This toft was formerly held by Nicholas and many cottagers after him. Anneis offered this charter on the altar of St. Mary in the Church of Great Seale, William afterwards on the alter of St. Mary of Merevale
